- Lost or Stolen Packages: Littlefields.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If you believe your package was lost during transit (before delivery confirmation), please contact us so we can assist in liaising with the shipping carrier.

- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the reshipment costs. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment. If you prefer a refund, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
